All Eagle Bluff Lodging is designed for River Fun!

· Linens:  Since so many Guests are in wet River clothes and in order to keep our prices down, we do not provide linens.  Beds have protective vinyl coverings, but each person needs to bring his/her own pillow, towel, and bedroll.

· Kitchens:  All our lodgings have kitchens, because you have to eat, but don’t expect fine china in the cupboards.  We do provide some serving and cooking utensils except in the Camping Cabin.  You should bring any specialty items.

· Other Amenities:  All lodgings are air conditioned.  There are no telephones in any units.  Carson’s Cabin and Gavin’s Cabin have satellite TV.

· Check In:  3:00 P.M.      Check Out:  11:00 A.M.

· Reservations and Deposits:  Please call or email us to reserve lodgings.  Most lodging is reserved in advance, so call as soon as you have a date.  We will hold your reservation for up to two weeks depending on how soon your date is, but Full Advance Payment is required and payment is refunded only if unit is re-rented.  Sales tax of 6.5% will be added.  Payment may be made by Check, Money Order or  Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.  To qualify as tax exempt, payment must be by check from a tax-exempt organization.

· Floating:  In season, Float Deposits are required with all lodging reservations and vary depending on the capacity of the lodging.  Float Deposits are paid with the Advance Payment for your lodging.  These Float Deposits are used only in payment of your group’s Float Trip.

· Minimum Stay:  From Memorial Weekend through Labor Day, a two night minimum stay is required on weekends.
