A comfortable meeting room and kitchen separate two dorm rooms each with bunks for 18 Guests.  Each dorm room has its own bathroom with two stalls, two showers, and three sinks.  Kitchen is furnished with stove, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker.  Back patio overlooks the River.  In front is Private volleyball/basketball court.
