¨ No intoxicating substances, no alcohol stronger than 3.2 beer

¨ No ice chests larger than 50 quarts

¨ No tying boats together

¨ No trespassing where posted

¨ No littering - Free trash bags available.  Just ask!

Jumping or diving into the River is very dangerous.  Every year one or more persons experience permanent injury due to jumping or diving into the River.  There are some places where jumping or diving is illegal and results in fines.

Eagle Bluff Policies -

¨ Reservations are recommended to reserve the watercraft you prefer.

¨ Deposits are required to guarantee   reservations.  If you need to change your reservation, please let us know in advance and your deposit will gladly be transferred to another date.  Please call, no show and your deposit is forfeited.

¨ We float rain or shine.  No refunds after starting your float.

¨ All floaters, including children, must individually sign a liability waiver before floating.  For faster service, call or email and we’ll send you a liability waiver to get started.
